I fast a few times a year. I was in the middle of a fast and came down with the flu and so my fast ended as I had to take lots of fluids and ended up so weak I had to eat coming off the flu.
So got me thinking before I begin my next fast (long after I'm well) do any of you fast and if so what are your fasting tips?
Thanks in advance for your feedback Katie
