I am very particular. The white has to be completely solid or I can't eat it. If it is runny, it puts me off the egg totally. I like the solid white and the yolk to be a little runny.

I only have about 1 egg a week due to cholesterol concerns. I look forward to that day. Most of the time I have oatmeal.

I usually have a cup of yogurt, a banana, a half handful of unsalted nut mix, a small glass of grape juice or apple cider in season and chase it with coffee or tea a bit later.

Flat rice noodles with a fried bread stick anda soya boiled egg in clear soup.  Resisted it with dreams of egg and bacon with. . .  but by the second morning I was hooked !

My favorite is an Asian multi-grain rice dish with sauteed vegetables on top. Very hot, with a bit of milk and some fish sauce. Sometimes a fried egg on top ala BiBimBop.
