Say moving the title only ads to the top?
And i see some people have managed to move the ads right to the bottom just after the Vote Option. But before the Comments Section.
You can't. You can manipulate them by the way you use the text capsules, but HubPages has software which decides the best spots for ads.
Break your text up over several text capsules. If you don't want an ad in the top right hand corner (which you should, it's one of the best spots), then keep your first text capsule very short.

I think that when a google ad is inserted between two text capsules, it really should be a horizontal, banner style ad not a vertical ad. You can see what I mean here:http://hubpages.com/hub/Alarm-Clocks-to …...
