Almost every question I've seen you ask in the forums could be answered just by reading the FAQ.

No it can't be changed, create a new account with your preferred username.
Oh, I'm sorry for the annoyance I bring. Unlike you guys, I don't have an internet connection at home. I am working in an internet cafe for around four hours a day while doing online jobs on the side. I don't really have much time and energy to read everything. But I am studying the learning center first, soon the FAQ. Thanks very much.
