Hubpages sent me an email which told me that my hub should be categorised under Literature instead of Social issues/homeless. That's OK, but I don't know how to change that setting. Do I do it just by tweaking the tags?
Open the hub and click the Edit button in the upper left.
Underneath the "Add More Capsules" box on the right, you'll see "reorder tags settings summary group." Click on Settings.
Category should be the first thing you see. Click on the category you have it in now, click Start Over and, well, start over!
