If you have a capsule with an ampersand in it, it will turn into & amp; when you open it next time.
I also checked with < and > but these characters disappear entirely.

Steps to reproduce:1. Create a link capsule.2. Paste a Hub link in there with an apostrophe in its summary and add it.3. In the 'Link description', all apostrophes will have disappeared (so You've becomes Youve).

After I create an image caption, special characters are removed.For example, an image caption containing the words: Hősök tereBecome: Hsk tereHowever, the term Hősök tere remains as is elsewhere in my hub.
