So, what do you think about Cuil? Have you tried searching?

Haven't looked at it too much. It seems to have some nice features, like the thumbnail graphics and more info in the search postings. It also seems to have a lot of repeats of the same item, and some things that seem completely off subject.
I don't think it does nearly as good of a job in ranking relevance-- but maybe that will come. It's another alternative, which certainly may find things that other engines have passed over.

Market capitalization of Google is about $150 billion
Cuil got about $30 million
Only Google Brand name is valued about $100 billion (bad approximation)
Google's facilities worldwide, owned businesses, knowledge and human resources base are really huge and increasing, every day.
Cuil is just another Search Engine among many, who fight for their share on the online market.
