A lot of Hubbers have objected to a very famous Hub on HubPages -
    The Yahoo Mail Hub -

But my point is what TOS does it violates?

The author didn't claim he is an official representative/staff of Yahoo Mail. The hub simply describes Y Mail. If people are fool enough to assume that the hub is by Yahoo itself(!!!), it should not be the authour's responsibility.

It is deceptively titled, and a brief look at even a free link tool shows that it has been promoted via spam.

"The title, tags, and categorization of your Hub must accurately represent the contents of the Hub."

Look at the comments... how many of those people understand whose website they have gone to? When you type in www.domain.com into google, you expect to go to www.domain.com .

The Hubpages Terms of Service are entirely irrelevant to the perception of this site to:

    a) surfers

    b) Google

The problem is while flagging Hubbers need to stick to TOS violations as the basis of flagging  of the Hub.
