When it was introduced last year with links to other hubbers hubs I went ahead and put links on most of my hubs. With Googles new logrithm will this now be hurting Google rankings ?

I have been told that hubs under a rating of 75 won't be followed by google. If that is true, how do you get a hub over 75 since it has already been written?
