I'm new to hubpages and so fare have written two hubs, both of which started at 50 and have gone up slightly since. My hubber score (or personal score, or whatever it's called) has dropped from 30 to 25 since joining.
Does anyone know why this might be happening?
As of my reply, you've only been a member of the site for 22 hours. It's going to take a few weeks for all your scores to find their natural range.
I recommend you read the FAQ so that you understand how the site and scoring works, http://hubpages.com/faq/
There would be absolutely little reason at this stage you have been here 22 hours.
Yeah, I'm not in a rush. I just think it's weird that they start you at 30 and then immediately start docking you points even though the only content you've contributed is going in the positive direction. Seem screwy to me, was just trying to figure it out.

Why does my score drop one point just because I logged in??????? It happens every time. So maybe I'll just quit logging in and my score will stay at 83. Since google only recognizes hubbers with scores of 83 or higher!
