Link capsule not saving properly?

    Attention Staff,

    I'm not sure if this is a browser problem, but the problem has been on-going for several months now.

    Every time that a link capsule is edited and then saved, I get a reply saying that there was an error in saving the changes and that Staff engineers have been notified of the problem.

    If staff has been notified of the problem, then why is it still happening?

    The exact wording- Oops! There was an error saving this capsule. Please click EDIT and then SAVE to try again. This error will be reported to the Hubpages engineering team. We Thank You for your patience and understanding.

    This error occurs, regardless of whether or not, any changes were made to the capsule. hmm

    I am using Firefox with Windows XP, if that helps.

    I didn't have the same problem as you Ray, but I noticed yesterday that I couldn't link to a site that the web address starting with "https" or at least I couldn't. And I wasn't logged into the site, it just had the secure link address.

      Thank you Michael. It's continues to happen and I'm not sure why?

      It might be because there are simply too many links being used within the capsule, but that is just a guess. hmm
