I Cannot Publish My Hub: Why Not?

    I get a generic comment from Hubpages saying:

    "Sorry, because of rule violations associated with your account or ip address, permission to publish new hubs has been revoked. You can still edit your existing hubs and save your changes to this hub by clicking the done editing button."

    They go on to say, "Your right to publish may automatically be restored through time and adherence to the HubPages rules. Fixing or deleting existing flagged hubs may also help."

    What am I supposed to fix?  I have no idea what is wrong with my Hub.  Why can't they be more specific?  Now I guess I just have to wait? 

    Oh the ip address I had used is from the Philippines.  I was a week ago.  Does this mean you can't create a Hubpage if you live in the Philippines?

    Are any of you experiencing the same problem?   

    Have any of you been able to "fix" the problem?

      Yes, do as camlo says and email the hubpages team. (Remember it's the weekend though so you probably won't get a reply for a few days).

      The response you got is usually do to spamming the site previously - that's the main reason an IP address would be blocked, nothing to do with you being in the Phillipines.
