One of my hubs just got a black triangle meaning a broken link. I just tested each of the links and they all work. Is there some other meaning that I am missing?

If you tested the links from the outside of the hub, it will not rid you of the mark "broken link" on your statistics hub, until you actually edit the hub itself.
If all the links in place are valid, then just edit the hub, then save the hub. Refresh your statistics page and the warning should go away. Some times it happens.
