I wan't to write a hub about a certain topic. My brother has written two books on this topic and I was wondering if I can mention them in my article? While on this same subject, can you recommend other sites that would give the reader more info without their permission? I am new to this and a little confused about that sort of thing. Would appreciate any advice!
yes, you can but no more than 2 out bound link to a same domain.
