I have a Printer Inks advert popping up in my hubs. I havent signed up for ads. I dont mind the google ones, but this is full colour and bouncy! How can I make it go away. Who's in charge?
Hubpages reserves the right to usage of ad networks on their 40%. If it's a pop up ad, then likely it is on their share. I've seen pop up ads from time to time.
It might even better for you to re-read your user agreement(TOS) for Hubpages, so you can understand. Not that you don't, but your post insinuates you don't know how things work?
