I have heard that it was better to disable Interest-based Ads, but I always make more money when I enable it. Anybody want to take the challenge to see how it works for you? If you are not making anything, you have nothing to lose. Let me know how it work out for you!
I am unaware of this feature, I always assumed Google served ads that directly related to what people were 'interested' in(related to what they are reading)
You are not disabling any ads. In you Google account, under "My Account" you are given options. It is beneath "Ad Display Preferences"
You have option for: Interest-based ads and options for Third Party Ads. I have disables third party ads and enables Interest-based ads.
Interest based ads are based on previous topics of interest the view has.
When they come to you hubs, they will see ads based on what they have previously shown interest.
