This has happened several times over the last months, and it doesn't happen every time.
In edit mode I open a photo capsule, make no changes, and then click "discard changes" (as opposed to "save changes") in order to close the capsule. The text of the photo capsule subtitle disappears. This has happened with both Chrome and IE.

Steps to reproduce:1. Create a link capsule.2. Paste a Hub link in there with an apostrophe in its summary and add it.3. In the 'Link description', all apostrophes will have disappeared (so You've becomes Youve).
