    Hi,

When I edit a text capsule the Return key double spaces. I want to put "Description:" on a line by itself and start the description one line below. Like this -

    Description:
    The hike starts at ...

Can this be done? Thanks in advance.

    Brian

Yes, you can do it. There happens to be a format button, within the features of the capsule.

I usually write in Notepad first and copy and paste. It's easier.

I also do what rebekahELLE does. smile

Type your text in Notepad (or copy and paste into Notepad what you have already written in the HP text capsule), fix the spacing as you want it, then copy and paste it into the text capsule.

Thanks for the question, Brian.  This helps me too.  I didn't know it can be done.

@rebekahELLE and Susan Ng - thanks for your help.

I think typing in MS Word document is okay since I have been doing so and have never encountered any problem
