What are the steps to get traffic which will convert into lead or Sale ?
Start a Blogspot blog or Tumblr as a sort of satellite for your Hubs. You'll get traffic after awhile and the blogs will also give you a backlink.
Do you mean your website, or are you asking about HubPages?
If you mean HubPages, you need to write some Hubs. I suggest you read through the Learning Centre to get a basic understanding of how the site works.
If u want to increase traffic then use keywords in your hubs and also when u publish new hub then spread that link to most famous social networks like Facebook, twitter etc!
You must have your own blog and make a landing page with a riveting sales letter, give a free gift to your prospects who are willing to fill out your autoresponder form. To promote your blog, the most effective way is diligent and active to communicate in similar forums. Good luck
