I saw a message that "Please address the moderator set alert below before submitting this hub for publication"
I don't know How to set moderator set alert? Need help.

      .

“Please address the moderator set alert below before submitting this hub for publication"

      means:

“Please fix the problem that the moderator has indicated. You may then resubmit the hub for publication.”

(This is just my best guess.) smile

It seems hubs unpublished and put up for revision are always for revision, a euphemism for removed.

Here is another best guess on my part... smile

HP is using the word “alert” as a noun, but the way that HP has phrased it is causing people to interpret it as a verb.

Yes. It means the 'moderator-set' alert. That is what is shown there and that is to addressed before resubmitting.
