      What has always fascinated me is whether these spammer tactics actually work.

      I mean does anyone see these ridiculous ads for body part enlargement and say to themselves: I think I really need this product. I think I will trust an important part of my anatomy to a complete stranger with a poor command of the English language and buy their product. I am sure that it holds the key to my anatomical enlargement.

      But if spamming the forums doesn't work, why do they keep doing it? Makes me wonder if there are some poor suckers who actually do buy from these idiots.
