I want to remove the security questions because I'm just starting to set up my account. It's too hard for me to navigate my account especially the payment settings because I've mistakenly put security questions.
You can't remove them, but what you can do is contact email@example.com they can answer the questions you may have. Welcome to HP !
Putting the security question in place was not your mistake. You didn't have a choice in the matter. You should have written them down or made them easily remembered.
If you have any problems, then I would suggest you do as AEvans has suggested and contact staff. However, do it Monday-Friday. Staff doesn't answer emails on the weekend.
maybe it si because of this?
"Please note that if you answer a security question incorrectly five times, you will be locked out of these protected pages for 24 hours."
maybe I was locked. i just created the questions today
You have started another thread here for the same question and in the wrong category. Please avoid this in the future.
