However it's probably too short to be a hub. Think of a hub as a quality standalone article of at least 500 words.

You are not alone. I have the same experience as well. I try to publish another hub, but it just stuck after I entered the correct captcha..no matter if I tried Firefox, IE, Chrome, Safari and Opera.Please fix this...
