Not sure if anyone else has had this issue but I'm very bothered by the five minute edit limit on comments I make to other people's hubs. I'm usually quite careful when I type out a comment in a serious discussion I'm having. I spell check, re-read and grammar check my more lengthy "scholarly" comments but every so often I miss something and I don't realize it until after the five minutes are up. In a recent hub I completely flubbed something and aside from posting a second comment to correct what I said wrong there doesn't appear to be a solution to this.
So in the future I'd like to see that edit feature extended to at least 10-20 minutes. Is there a reason why it's only a five minute window?

I got a comment that is longer than the whole screen. Does an overly long comment detract from a hub? This one does contain pertinent opinion, but sheesh, way over done.

I really would like to be able to edit comments I receive in order to remove URLs. I have a great comment on one of my hubs but I don't want to add the unrelated URL.

As a lone ranger Hubber like many others, I am not good at editing. I would love to help my fellow hubbers without my name attached. And I would LOVE the help if I use the wrong word or miss something in...
