How to find profitable and less competitive niches to start website?
Good question and more than just keyword research. It is true that a lot of good profitable websites started as blogs and grew into product or information offerings. I am looking for a Niche now and it is still evasive.Sure I have some ideas, done research, but trying to project success or income before sinking some money into it is very difficult.
Big factor is determining the website model that will be used.
Will it use affiliate marketing, direct marketing, pay per click, or go after direct advertisers. Where will the money come from?
If that is the angle you want to take then you need to do a few bits of research. You need to keyword research. SEO research and a bit of research on Google. Search for what you are looking for. Put things in search such as " The weirdest hobbies! etcetera.
I'd show you a handy, informative Hub on this very topic...unfortunately it was unpublished for some unknown reason.
