If I deleted a hub how would that affect me on Hubpages.

My first hubs aren't doing so well, I believe if I unpublished or delete them my hub average will be better. I will have less hubs but at least the ones not being read I will not have to monitor. Will deleting them affect me?

Your first problem....STOP paying attention to the numbers, such as Hubscore and Authorscore(Hubberscore- profile number). Neither has anything to do with earnings. They are only for your ego, if you need a boost.
Most likely, but it wouldn't matter much.

Don't delete them, improve them.  Unpublish for a while a make them better.  My first ones were not very good, but once I got the hang of things I edited them and now they are doing pretty good.

Don't waste your time and effort, just improve them.

Follow the advice given to you by Cagsil. Just improve them, if you delete any all it would do is lower your total visits.
