Still Unable to Create a New Hubpages Account

    still unable to create a new hubpages account, fill in all the relevant data and nothing happens it just freezes refresh the page and fill in all the data again and nothing happens

      Hi there. Perhaps you can try clearing your browser's cache. Go to the menu bar in Tools>Internet Options>Browsing History...then select 'Delete'. You will get a few options. You can select every category (except possibly passwords) and clear everything. You can also just select 'Temporary Files', 'Cookies', and 'Browsing History'. Then close the browser and restart Internet Explorer again. This should give you a clear cache to create a new account without any more problems. Hope this helps. Good luck.

    To create a new HP account, make sure you are signed out of your present account. wink
