Hello, new hubber here. I published my first hub a little over a day ago and I'm curious to know how long it will take a search engine such as Google to pick it up. When I search on my title, I can't find it. I guess it could be buried at the bottom of the search...;-)
Your hub is already indexed. You can check by putting the exact URL into Google and if your hub comes up, it's been indexed.
Some hubs take a few hours, others can take a few days to be indexed. It's also not unusual for some hubs to be indexed and then de-indexed based on traffic and topic too.
It's not unusual that you can't find your hub with a simple word search - if you write in a saturated topic for instance (one where thousands of other websites are writing about it) then you may never get search traffic.
You need to write on topics that are less covered and learn about keyword research.
