Analytics says my new website has increased in traffic by 29,200% !!
You and everybody wishes that those numbers were possible, It has happened before, HP suffers from technical issues from time to time. No information is ever lost, just give it some time to be resolved.
No this is a percentage and you didn't look at it correctly, it says 29.200% and that is an estimate of how much your traffic increased (approximately 29%)

You have to use Google Tag Manager which is a free Google tool. You can track which Amazon products were clicked on your articles. It's a little involved setting it up but might be worth it if the information has value...
