I'm trying to go into my pay settings link and it keeps asking me the same security questions over & over. Why is this? I know I'm giving the right answers. Is there a way I can change these security questions? and where?

If you are having issues with security questions, then I suggest you email Staff- Team@Hubpages.com
Had that problem yesterday. Wanted to get rid of those forum email notifications, but did not want to cancel all Hubpages emails.
Go to edit email, What you get is three security questions, which I have no record or memory of ever listing. Whatyado then? I gave up and canceled all hubpages email.
