New Way of Approving Fan Mail has errors

    Hi Everyone,

    Just tried to approve a piece of fan mail on my account and received an error message...and a prompt to write about it on the Forum...so I am.

      Who is in charge of fixing bugs when new ways of interacting with HP are developed? The technician will need to fix this. Please do. I'd love to approve my fan mail.  Thanks so much!

        It probably is a new problem that hasn't been encountered before. HP has been making site revisions for months now.

        The Learning Center and FAQ's page has also been updated. smile Just to let you know. smile
