I'm still confused about the part where it says.........Create a separate page on the site and paste the snippet: I really don't know where to put the snippet....can someone help me?
This is not how you get Adsense for Hubpages because you don't actually own this site.
So do I have to make my own site... Like on blogger.com or something
That is one way, or use the url of your Hubpages profile after you have at least 10 Hubs.
Regardless of what url you use, you won't get accepted until you have a decent amount of content posted.
Bri, if you've been asked to 'Create a separate page on the site and paste the snippet' you must have given them the name of a site or blog you own when you applied for the a/c.
They're asking you to do that in order to prove you do own the site submitted etc & have access to your sites html code. If you have difficulty completing the instruction you should contact your hosting company - I'm sure they would be willing to add the page and insert the snippet on your behalf. Once done they'll approve you very quickly. Hope this helps, gl.
Just noticed you don't have a site yet- well that's what the request relates to and is what they sometimes request in order to prove ownership of the site you submitted, if necessary. Above advice applies.
