I'm not sure why, but when I click my Hubpages affiliate link it brings me to a page that says NOT FOUND. I am fairly sure it wasn't doing it before I signed up for the new subdomain thing, but since I just barely started using them, I can't be 100 percent sure. Any ideas.
What I did:
1. Got one of my affiliate tracker IDs
2. Made a link to http://hubpages.com/user/new/
3. Inserted my affiliate tracker ID http://hubpages.com/_MYIDHERE/user/new/
4. Made a NEW tracker ID and tried that instead.
Any help would be appreciated.
1) go to the new user page (make sure you are logged in).
2) scroll to the bottom of the page (all the way down).
3) click the link that says "link to this page."
4) select your tracker
5) copy/paste the complete link.
Weird. I don't know what I did, but it must have been something with my HTML code cuz my url was exactly what they gave me on that page. I copied the HTML that it gave me and added it to the rest of my code with the image and it works now....thanks!

Okay, I'm trying to figure this out. Is it advantageous to use a referral link in your own hubs when linking to other hubs of your own? I notice some people use them, but most don't. I mostly haven't, but I'm wondering...
