I seem to 'lose' information from time to time. For example if I go to my site I see my profile but when I am signed in to do any changes etc if I click on 'my profile' nothing is there. I've even had a note that I have no hubs. Could I have signed up using a variation of my ID and now have 2 accounts or something? I'm getting very confused. please can someone help
go to your account and check your hub stats, if you don't see your hub there then click on the dropdown menu which gives the option unpublished hubs if your hub is there clickon it then on edit then click on publish this hub, hope that helps.....jimmy
Thanks Jimmy but I have done that and there's still nothing. I looked at published, unpublished, deleted - all that's listed there and it still says I have no hub.
I've just discovered f I sign in as lynbell and Lyn Bell I get in both times so must have 2 accounts by mistake. oops
