I was just wondering what you guys think. It can be considered promotional on hubpages or it can be ethics. Your hub and site may be unrelated and you are trying to get more back links or you may want to link on a hub that features the same style of content.
Give the reader what he needs to know...is a link to another site to his benefit, if so, then make the link. It's all about the reader.
It's fine to link to your site in a Hub IF the site is related to the subject. Otherwise, your Hub will eventually be unpublished so there's no point.
