If I post something, is it all right to have a link to my blog?
Sure you can.. but make sure you don't have more than two links to your blog on each hub.. and too many links to your blogs through all your hubs.. they will be considered overly promotional .

So I can just post my blog url with a short description at the end of my article right?
Your links need to be relevant to the material on your hubs.. usually it is good to use a keyword to link to your blog post that is relevant to the hub in question.
