How do I get links displayed two at a time below the Vote Box?
How do I do this and is it worthwhile?

You can't it is the link to the hub you have written. Hope this helps.
This is done by grouping your hubs together. You need to create groups and assign hubs to those group.. Click on my account - groups, create groups .. give a name under which you want your hub to be grouped.drag all the hubs that are related to each other in that group and drop them under that group.
When you write a fresh hub it will fall under orphan hubs.. you need to drag and drop them in the group between two hubs that are closely connected to your new hub .. your hub will be displayed with two hubs below it.. and the arrow will lead the reader to as many hubs there are before and after the new hub in that group.
