If I bookmark all of my hubs on a bookmarking site like Delicious is that considered spamming or abuse of that site?
It depends on the rules of that site. On many sites, it would be considered spamming.
Social bookmarking sites were originally intended as places where members shared the best sites on the internet. Clearly, if all you do is bookmark your own stuff, that goes against the spirit of the place. Unless you have such a massive ego that you think your own stuff IS the best on the net, which I'm sure you don't!
