Hi, I haven't written a hub yet, am reading and learning about hubpages.
For my first hub I've come to where it says Choose a Title. It then says
Give Your Hub a Web Address and hub pages gives and example of http://www.hubpages.com/hub/
Say I was doing a hub about ladies sportswear for example - would the right way be to put the title as
Or does it mean I have to have a webpage other than a hubpage hub.
Do you need a different web address for every hub?
The URL`s for your hubs are automatically given by the script, which does all the work for you, but you can still edit the URL and use your own, I suggest using the one given.
Hi , thanks for replying so quickly.
I understand a bit more now. I started to type a heading and the writing automatically came onto the Give Your Hub a Web Address Part.
Underneath the Give Your Hub a Web Page box the http/www details come up.
Do I have to do anything with that http//www .... information which is underneath the Give Your Hub a Web Address?
Make your title the keyword you are targeting is the way to go. If your hub is about Latest in Bikini Designs you might tile your hub with the keywords bikini, bikini designs etc.
So the long tail keyword title for the url would be latest "latest bikini designs" or "popular bikini design".
That way in your content and starting the first sentence you would have - Latest bikini designs are evolving all the time. Take for example this latest bikini design by etc..
This way your keyword, or long tail keyword phrase will hold a high position in the search engines.
It is involved but often works well. Just put your title in an hubpages will do the rest. Check it before you click the next button though until its just right.
Hi, Thanks for the help. Will have a go - just have to think of a subject.
