I am just wondering, I assume that after you publish, some time is needed to wait for a screening of the content before it appears in the hub collection, is that true?
Hubs go live, without content review, as soon as the "publish" button is clicked.
However, if the Hub trips a content filter indicating it may have a violation there could be a delay. Also, authors who the moderators have found to be a repeat offender can have their entire account put on manual review, whereby no Hubs will go live until they are checked by admin.
