    From the LA Times:

" Inc. is offering to build at least two distribution centers and hire as many as 7,000 workers if lawmakers back away -- at least temporarily -- from trying to force the Internet giant to collect sales taxes on purchases made by California customers."

Any implications for states where Amazon have already stopped their affiliations? Could this be a solution? or is this only a soluton for California?

I doubt it will affect other states, although it will be seen as a victory for California.

If amazon builds distribution centers in the state it will be because they want them there, not to get their affiliates back.  They certainly won't be interested in doing that for every state.

Yeah i dont see them doing that here in Illinois. The moron government here already forced amazon to cancel all amazon associates accounts. I really hate this state...
