Why flagged as duplicate?

    If you publish same article[s] on HUBPAGES and maybe FACEBOOk, will it be flagged as duplicate if found? If yes, why?

      If the same article can be found at more than one place, it *is* duplicate.

      Yes, of course it will be caught and unpublished.  As your post says, it is the same article - the two are duplicates of each other.

      HubPages requires content to be unique to HubPages.  It cannot be duplicated anywhere else on the web.  Small amounts of duplicated material (quotes, perhaps) are allowed, but the large majority of the hub must be unique.

    Why publish on FB when you can just insert the link? hmm or your RSS feed which will display your articles. big_smile but I do believe the answer would be yes - may be considered a duplicate. Not sure tho. hmm

      You are right, Dame.  If one is a copy of the other, or even close, they are duplicates and the one on HP will be unpublished.
