Can't sign in to view payment history.  Keep getting the security question page even after I answer the question.  It just resets and asks anither.

I'm having the same problem, only I've never given the name of my best childhood friend. I wouldn't have answered that. Can anyone help?

    Hi,

Sorry you're having troubles. It could be browser-related:

I am using IE8 and Google Chrome.  I can't sign in to HP ads on either.  When I answer the security question and click submit, it all resets and asks me the question again, someimtes one of  my other security questions.

SirDent, as a temporary measure, can you try on Firefox, too? I suspect it's a browser compatibility issue. If Firefox doesn't work, please let me know and I'll see if there is something else going on.

I downloaded Opera and tried it and get the same results.  I will download Firefox and see what happens.

I'm sorry about that. Edward pushed out a fix late Friday, and maybe that would work; have you tried since last night on IE and Chrome?

It still doesn't work in IE8 or Google Chrome.

OK - I'm glad you have a temporary workaround with Firefox. I'll let Edward know. Thanks for your patience.
