Hi, this may seem like a dumb question, but i just created a new hub and I put some of Googles' Logo's on there, I"m just wondering if it's ok to do so, or if I'm violating the copyright law.

There is nothing that constitutes a violation of CopyRight Laws. It's nice to see someone who cares somewhat about it, there a rare breed indeed nowadays.
