One of my offline readers (they're not HubPages member yet), always leave comments in Filipino or Tagalog (National language of the Philippines).
Suddenly, it dawned on me that bilingual hubs are possible. With the advent of Google translator, we can easily use it to draw more regional readers who are having difficulties in understanding English, the official medium of writing in this site.
My plan is: as I write in English, I can Google translate it in foreign languages, depending on the place or country that I've mentioned in a particular hub. For example, I can upgrade my older hubs relating a foreign place, with the exception of US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and UK where English is the official language.
