I have an alert on my article about winter blanketing horses. The link given me has this error message: 404. That page doesn't exist. As there does not seem to be a way to contact the help desk I'll just post here, that since the page doesn't exist I don't see how it can be a problem.

Try copying and pasting the link of the copy into Google and seeing if you can view the cache of the article. Might give you an idea of what/where the problem is at least.
