I thought we are allowed only two outgoing links? I saw a hub earlier with 5 outgoing links, some of it linking to a main website and the others to other web 2 sites...
Only 2 per domain,

* including more than 2 links to any one domain
* linking to the same domain in the body of the text AND in an RSS feed
* short "teasers" with links to "read more" at another site
* linking to sites/pages/Hubs that are unrelated to your Hub's topic
* including links to a page that contains largely the same content as your Hub
You can have more than 2 links, although if you go to ridiculous extremes, they might moderate it,
You cab have as many links as you want, they just have to all go to different urls and no "banned" urls. Some of my hubs are little more than lists of outgoing links but these are resource links on a niche topic and I have never had a problem.
