You'll prolly think this is a dumb question...Someone from another country wants to use some of my horse articles for a website. The articles would appear in Hebrew. Would this be duplicate content? Any help would be much appreciated!
I had the same question and asked HP - the answer was that, no it is not duplicate if it is translated into another language.
Potential problems might be photos, untranslated links, etc. but there would have to be quite a few to become an issue.
