I noticed that some people insert links withing their content and some do not. Is this allowed?
I looked in the help section but was unable to find information on the rules.
Yes, you can have links in your hubs. Generally not more than two to the same domain. More on this is here: http://hubpages.com/hub/Overly-Promotional

Is there a balance of Amazon products on a page that makes a hub overly promotional? Or is it dependent on the individual hub (over and beyond the 50 words per product)?
