If you make the first text capsule bigger and remove or move down the first photo, an Adsense capsule will appear there, the most likely place to be clicked.
Also, why so many pictures and videos? You're more likely to attract search engine traffic if you have at least 300 words.
Try writing about the history of the instrument, how it's made, what country it comes from etc.
Then move the videos and images over to the right so they don't break up the text stream but still add interest.
